You and We are protected by statutory (legal) rights, according to the laws of England and Wales or any European Legislation which applies in England. Where statutory legislation exists, or new legislation comes into force, your and our statutory rights are not affected by anything within these terms, and those rights take precedence over these terms. Where any part of these terms is over-ridden by legislation, all other terms still apply. Any order placed with us is subject to acceptance.
Any verbal or written quote given by PC DIAL A FIX is given as a guide based on limited information provided by a customer. A verbal quote is intended to give the customer an estimate on the price and not an assurance that the product or service will be sold at that price.
Backup Services & Potential Data Loss
While PC DIAL A FIX will make all reasonable efforts to safeguard the contents (data) stored on your computer, you understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing PC DIAL A FIX to perform diagnostic, repair, or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives if you so desire. You acknowledge and agree that PC DIAL A FIX and/or its third-party service provider shall not be responsible under any circumstances,caused by our negligence or otherwise. for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data or files.
If you do not have a backup of your software and data, we can provide you with our data backup service however, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the data when backing up.
Warranty and payment terms
if a warranty repair is found to be outside of the warranty terms, it will be deemed as a “Non Warranty Repair” and charges will be applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed full payment must be made at time of collection or delivery. We accept Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
